Kesempatan terbuka untuk warga indonesia yang mencari beasiswa untuk Peogram Beasiswa S2 dan S3 Luar Negeri Depkominfo Tahun 2009. Depkominfo meluncurkan Program Beasiswa S2 dan S3 Luar Negeri Tahun 2009 dengan syarat-syarat sbb :
1. Diperuntukkan bagi PNS di lingkungan lembaga pemerintah, karyawan/karyawati lembaga pendidikan dan industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), serta masyarakat umum.
2. Bidang studi pilihan spesifik terkait bidang kominfo, yaitu: Teknik (Elektro, Informatika, Telekomunikasi, dan Ilmu Komputer), Ilmu Komunikasi (Penyiaran, Jurnalistik, dan Komunikasi Massa), Hukum (Cyber, Satelit, Telekomunikasi, dan bidang hukum lain yang terkait dengan TIK), dan Ekonomi (e-Commerce, e-Business, bidang ekonomi lain yang terkait dengan TIK), sedangkan negara tujuan studi meliputi Inggris, Belanda, Australia, Swedia, dan Perancis.
3. Persyaratan akademis antara lain: IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4,0), TOEFL Institusional (ITP) minimal 550, dan Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) minimal 550. Informasi dan persyaratan selengkapnya dapat di-download di website Depkominfo www.depkominfo.go.id.
4. Pendaftaran dan penyerahan berkas lamaran beasiswa paling lambat tanggal 18 Februari 2009.
Beasiswa S2 & S3 dari DepKominfo
Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika pada Tahun 2009 kembali membuka kesempatan dan menyediakan beasiswa pendidikan S2 dan S3 di luar negeri bagi PNS di lingkungan lembaga pemerintah, karyawan/karyawati di lembaga pendidikan dan industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), serta masyarakat umum.
Syarat-syarat :
1. Lulusan sarjana S1 untuk pendidikan S2 dan lulusan Sarjana S2 untuk pendidikan S3.
2. Memiliki IPK minimal 2,75 (dari skala 4)
3. Memiliki nilai Institutional TOEFL (ITP) minimal 550 atau IELTS minimal 6.5
4. Memiliki nilai Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) minimal 550
5. Mendapat rekomendasi dari pejabat yang berwenang
6. Diutamakan :
a. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun
b. Berusia maksimal 35 tahun untuk pendidikan S2 dan 40 tahun untuk pendidikan S3.
c. Belum memiliki gelar dan tidak sedang menerima beasiswa lain dan/atau sedang mengikuti program pendidikan S2 (bagi pelamar program S2) atau S3 (bagi pelamar program S3)
7. Pendaftaran dan penyerahan berkas lamaran beasiswa paling lambat tanggal 18 Februari 2009.

Beasiswa Depdiknas Bagi Dosen S2 dan S3 Luar Negeri Tahun 2009
Direktorat Ketenagaan Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi membuka pendaftaran beasiswa S2 dan S3 luar negeri untuk tahun 2009, bagi dosen tetap PTN, dosen DPK dan dosen tetap PTS di lingkungan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Beasiswa untuk program S2 selama 2 tahun, dan program S3 selama 3 tahun.
Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu dosen, Direktorat Ketenagaan Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi membuka pendaftaran beasiswa S2 dan S3 luar negeri untuk tahun 2009, bagi dosen tetap PTN, dosen DPK dan dosen tetap PTS di lingkungan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Beasiswa untuk program S2 selama 2 tahun, dan program S3 selama 3 tahun.
Pendaftaran dan seleksi dilakukan dalam 3 tahap:
- Tahap I: pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 28 November 2008, dan seleksi direncanakan pada bulan Desember 2008;
- Tahap II: pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 27 Februari 2009, dan seleksi direncanakan pada bulan Maret 2009;
- Tahap III: pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 29 April 2009, dan seleksi direncanakan pada bulan Mei 2009.
AMINEF Fulbright TELKOM Master’s Degree Program 2008
FULBRIGHT – TELKOM master’s degree program
at Fulbright Presidential Scholarship Program. Preference will be given to applicants who will serve as faculty members of the state and private institutions of higher learning in Indonesia.
Candidates who possess:
* A Sarjana (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale) that leadership qualities
* A good understanding of Indonesian and international cultures with a demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study
* A willingness to return to Indonesia at the completion of the Fulbright program
* A minimum TOEFL score of 550.
Indonesian Future Leaders by PrasetiyaMulya Business School Scholarship
PrasetiyaMulya Business School was established in September 1982 with the aim to serve as an excellent center of learning for its partners: business entrepreneurs, professionals, and researchers. In its mission to contribute to the development of business communities in Indonesia, Prasetiya Mulya offers scholarship to outstanding Indonesian future leaders to continue their education in business through its Magister Manajemen full time degree program. The scholarship awards are open to highly talented and potential leaders with excellent academic qualities but financially disadvantaged. Preference is given to candidates who possess the necessary aptitude, personal qualities and interest in management.
A maximum of two scholarships are available each year. The scholarship covers tuition fees, books and a living allowance for the maximum tenure of 20 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Indonesian citizen who are able to demonstrate leadership potential and interest in, and commitment to, community and national development.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from oÂnly legally accredited Indonesian or overseas higher education institutions. A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) is required.
- Applicants must be under 30 years of age when lodging the application.
- Preferably having a minimum of two years full time professional work experience after completion of the undergraduate degree when lodging the application.
- Pass Prasetiya Mulya admission test and scholarship screening process.
- Preferably having International or Institutional TOEFL minimum score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based)
- Not currently enrolled in a graduate or post-graduate program or school, nor already owning a Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Not in receipt of other equivalent award or scholarship offering similar or other benefits at the time of the award.
- Applicant must prove that they are financially disadvantaged and that without the scholarship she will not be able to study for our graduate (MM) program.

Beasiswa Pasca Sarjana Manajemen dan Bisnis MMA IPB
Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) kembali menawarkan program beasiswa kegiatan akademik bagi lulusan S1 fresh graduate pada program Magister Manajemen Agribisnis (MMA) IPB. Program ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Pascasarjana Manajemen
dan Bisnis (MB-IPB) bekerjasama dengan PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia,
Tbk. dalam rangka memperingati ulang tahun atau Dies Natalis IPB yang ke-44.
Beasiswa ini diberikan kepada 10 orang Sarjana Baru (Fresh
Graduate) berprestasi untuk bergabung pada Program MMA-IPB kelas pagi
yang akan dimulai pada Awal Bulan Oktober 2007.
Persyaratan untuk menjadi calon penerima beasiswa adalah :
1. Lulusan baru (fresh graduate), (kelulusan ≤ 1 tahun pada tangal 18 Agustus 2007)
2. Lulusan berprestasi 1 s/d 3 (3 terbaik) dari masing-masing jurusan/program studi (yang dikuatkan dengan keterangan dari masing-masing jurusan/program studi) atau mempunyai IPK min 3,5.
3. Melampirkan Biodata lengkap, Photo ukuran 4×6 dua buah, dan Surat Rekomendasi dari Dosen Pembimbing.
4. Lulus tahapan seleksi tertulis & wawancara. Membayar biaya seleksi sebesar Rp. 375.000,-
5. Belum mengikuti/ diterima di Program Studi lainnya dan tidak sedang mendapatkan beasiswa dari institusi lain.
Beasiswa yang diberikan adalah Biaya Kegiatan Akademik (BKA) untuk Kelas Pagi. Beasiswa tidak termasuk biaya administrasi, biaya penelitian, biaya hidup, dan biaya lainnya.
